I'm so happy that I found Wetsuit Warehouse. I was really impressed with their stock and size ranges. They have super helpful staff and we spent at least the first 30min talking through the technology in different suits, which is very helpful.

September 13, 2023ElaineGreat customer service! Tristan was so helpful in helping me sort out the mistakes I made on my online order. I cancelled my order due to me being unsure about the size of the suit I ordered. (I got refunded within a day). I called them for advice and Tristan was running around to try and find the perfect fit for me. I highly recommend using them. They help you find the perfect wetsuit for you and they have so many options. Will definitely only be purchasing from them in the future! *EDIT* I made sure about my size and went back and purchased a wetsuit. The delivery was quick and easy. Absolutely in love with my new suit!
September 13, 2023HermanFantastic Service. I ordered the Orca Athlex Float wetsuit online and WW delivered it the following day. There was a small seam tear in the suit when I received it. I emailed WW and asked if I could replace it as it was brand new from the package. Without hesitation WW sent a new wetsuit the following day and swapped it with the damaged wetsuit. 100% recommend!

September 13, 2022MelissaMy entire experience with Wetsuit Warehouse Kalk bay & Fish-hoek has been outstanding. I ordered a Roxy wetsuit and I was updated the same day that it had left for delivery. I received it the next day, all the way in Knysna. I needed to go a size down, so sent it back to them, and before they had even gotten the return they sent off my new size. I was communicated with the whole time. Best service I have had in a long time. Highly recommend.
